Peoples Bank Welcomes Justin Fleming

Peoples Bank Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Larry Allen, announced the addition of Justin Fleming. Fleming will serve as Vice President and Commercial Lender. He will office at 11011 Quaker Avenue in Lubbock.         

Fleming graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He also attended the Texas Tech University School of Banking. Fleming has been in banking for 13 years in many capacities.

Fleming is very passionate about giving back to his community. He currently serves as Sergeant at Arms and incoming Vice President for the Rotary Club of Lubbock and is Vice Chairman of the Board for the South Plains Food Bank. In addition to serving on those boards, he is a member of the Young Professionals of Lubbock, West Texas Home Builders Association and Lubbock Real Estate Investors Association. Fleming is also an ambassador for the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and enjoys serving as a “big brother” for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lubbock.

Fleming was born and raised in Lubbock and graduated from Monterey High School. His wife, Brooklyn, is an acute care Nurse Practitioner. They have a one-year old son, Pierce, and two dogs. They enjoy international traveling, being with family and volunteering in the community.
