Peoples Bank is a member of the MoneyPass© ATM network. MoneyPass© is a nation-wide network. As a Peoples Bank customer, you can utilize MoneyPass© ATMs at either no charge or for $2.00 per transaction, depending upon the type of account you have at Peoples Bank and the number of times you use an ATM each month.
You can use a Peoples Bank owned ATM at no charge, no matter what account type you have with us. You can also receive cash back on a debit card transaction—at almost any merchant—at no charge.
With the MoneyPass© network you have more than 20 Lubbock locations and many more throughout the region, and the state. These ATMS are part of the more than 16,000 ATMs nationwide where you can withdraw funds at no charge or at a reduced fee. Please go to the ATM locator at www.moneypass.com for a location near you. When you travel, look up ATMs along your route or at your destination location.

Protecting Your Assets
If I receive a call from the Fraud Center regarding fraudulent debit card transactions, how long do I have to respond?
The Fraud Center will contact you from phone number 1-855-961-1602 or Text Code 86975 if they suspect any fraudulent debit card transactions. For security reasons, you are given 24 hours to respond, otherwise, your debit card will be permanently canceled.
My debit card has been stolen/lost/damaged. What should I do?
- If during banking hours, call your local branch and speak to a Customer Account Representative. Look up your branch’s phone number here.
- After banking hours you may:
- Call 1-800-754-4128.
- To order a new card, contact a Customer Account Representative.
Someone used my debit card. These charges aren’t mine. What should I do?
- Deactivate your debit card immediately (see above).
- Call your local branch to speak with a Customer Account Representative.
Can I receive alerts?
Yes! Log into Online Banking and go to Settings --> Alerts. See Instructions here.
Debit Cards
Is there a fee for a replacement debit card?
Yes, there is a $5.00 fee for any replacement debit card, no matter the reason.
My Peoples Bank Debit Card is expiring, what do I need to do?
If your debit card is expiring, you should receive a new one in the mail before the end of the month that it is expiring. You can activate the new debit card at an ATM. NOTE: Once the new debit card has been activated, destroy the expiring Debit Card.
What are my current debit card limits and can they ever be increased?
The current limits for Point-of-Sale (POS) is $1,500, and the ATM withdrawal limit is $505. Debit card limits can be increased for the day and require a POS/ATM Increase Authorization form to be signed at your nearest branch location.
How do I PIN and Activate my new debit card?
Call 1-877-205-0068 to activate and PIN your new debit card. If you have an existing debit card that you need to re-PIN, you can use the same number, 1-877-205-0068.

My debit card expires this month. Do I need to contact the bank?
- No, the expiring debit cards are re-issued automatically so there is no need to contact your bank. Your current debit card will continue to be active until the last day of the month, or after you activate your re-issued card, whichever comes first. You can expect to receive your re-issued card by the middle of the month.

Travel
I will be traveling outside the U.S. and plan to use my debit card. What steps do I need to take to ensure my debit card will be accepted?
Debit card transactions are not secure when used outside the U.S. We recommend using a credit card. Credit cards provide you more protection and dispute rights, compared to a debit card.
If you choose to use your debit card for non-U.S. transactions, please visit your nearest branch location to sign a Foreign Transaction Authorization form. The Country/Countries you list on the form will be authorized for the time of your visit.
Do I need to let the bank know that I will be traveling?
If you are traveling within the U.S., you do not have to notify the bank. However, you will want to make sure your contact information is updated, in case the fraud center reaches out to you while you are traveling. For details on traveling out of the country, please see the FAQ in reference to traveling out of the country.

How do I order checks?
You can visit www.deluxe.com/reorderonline to reorder checks. *Customers who receive free checks on their account must get Specialty Mint checks to avoid a fee.

3. A one-time passcode used to activate your card will be emailed or texted to you, based on your selection. The phone number or email needs to match what Peoples Bank has on file for you.

2. Select the app and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your card.

Online Banking FAQs
How do I enroll in online banking?
You can enroll in online banking on our website www.peoplesbanktexas.com or contact one of our Customer Account Representatives at 806-794-0044 or your local branch.
What if I forgot my User ID or Password to online banking?
There is an option in online banking to reset your User ID or Password. You must log in using an internet browser to reset your User ID or Password. If you still have problems, give us a call at 806-794-0044 or your local branch.
When can I access online banking?
You can access your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is an update going on.
What accounts will I be able to access through Online Banking?
You can access your checking, savings, certificate of deposits and loans on your online banking.
How do I set up bill pay?
Bill Pay allows you to pay bills electronically. You can also review payment history and any pending bill payments. To set up Bill Pay:
1. Go to Online Banking.
2. Enter your Online Banking User ID and Password.
3. Click the button that says "Bill Pay".
4. Follow the steps at the top of the screen to establish payees.
Can I have my statements emailed to me?
Yes! You can sign up for e-Statements in online banking.
To enroll:
1. Go to Online Banking.
2. Enter your Online Banking User ID and Password.
3. Click the button that says "Documents".
4. Follow the instructions, read the Disclosure and click that you have accepted the Online Statements.
5. You will now receive e-mail notices that your statements are available and you will no longer receive paper statements through the mail.
How far back do statements go?
You should be able to view up to 7-year's worth of statements.
What formats can I download my transaction history in?
You can download to the following formats:
1. Quicken Software. Uses Web Connect.
2. QIF. Can be used by Microsoft Money or Quicken 2004 or previous. Only one account at a time can be specified when create a QIF file.
3. CSV. Can be used by a spreadsheet program. Only one account at a time can be specified when creating a CSV File
Do you have mobile banking?
Yes! Peoples Bank has an app for personal and business online banking. You will use the same UserID and password that you use for online banking. Below are what the icons look like.
What other features are available on Online Banking?
By selecting the Customer Service tab, you can access many other features of Online Banking, including:
1. Change the way your accounts appear online.
2. Set up to receive Alerts for your accounts by e-mail or when you log in.
3. Sign up for Mobile Text Banking.
4. Report your debit card lost or stolen.
